How Brands Stand Out with Goblintech

The goal was to create branded gifts that felt more thoughtful and useful than traditional merchandise, while offering something distinctive for both community engagement and internal team appreciation.

We created a custom wooden keyboard with engraved branding on the back as a premium giveaway prize, giving the winner a functional and memorable desk piece. For Replit’s engineers, we also produced custom clicky fidgets designed as compact, interactive gifts they could keep and use at their desks. Together, the products helped Replit create meaningful brand experiences for both its community and internal team.

The goal was to move beyond typical corporate gifts and create something thoughtful, useful, and lasting that would make employees feel valued while strengthening their connection to the company.

We created custom 3-key clicky fidgets with a black base and individually branded keycaps representing GSD. The final product offered attendees a tactile, memorable giveaway while giving the GSD brand continued visibility beyond the conference.

We created a custom Retro Enter Clicky Fidget using 3D printing, allowing greater flexibility in the shape and overall design. The fidget featured the monday engineering logo, along with a QR code printed on the bottom to connect attendees directly to digital content.

The result was a unique, tactile piece of conference swag that encouraged interaction, reflected monday.com’s brand identity, and helped extend engagement beyond the event itself.
